We want you to be happy with your Colorollstories purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include a photo so we can make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
