Processing Time
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days. Because some Color Roll Stories products are handmade, assembled, or produced in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary.

Shipping in the United States
We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Baltimore Local Delivery / Pickup
Free local delivery or pickup may be available for customers in the Baltimore area when offered at checkout. We will contact you if additional information is needed to coordinate your order.

Delivery Times
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier. Color Roll Stories is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us at colorollstoriesfactory@gmail.com with your order number and, when applicable, photos of the package or product. We will do our best to help resolve the  issue.

One important thing: a shipping policy does not actually create free Baltimore shipping/delivery in Shopify. It only explains the policy. We’ll configure the actual Baltimore option separately under Shipping and delivery.
